Manager of Implementation Projects

Job Summary

To support the growth of a healthcare startup, the full-time Manager of Implementation Projects will lead payor and partner implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring organized execution and collaboration among cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead payor and partner implementations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process
• Develop and refine implementation plans based on contract requirements and client types, collaborating with functional area leads
• Maintain accurate project plans, trackers, and status logs while addressing open questions and action items promptly

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in project management or implementation roles with increasing responsibility
• Deep knowledge of managed care contracts and provider relationships, particularly related to Medicaid
• Understanding of provider credentialing, revenue cycle management, and claims submission
• Experience launching new programs or partnerships without existing playbooks
• Proven ability to manage projects on time, on budget, and within scope while effectively communicating with stakeholders
