Manager of Implementations

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the remote Manager of Implementations will oversee the end-to-end delivery of client onboarding, ensuring operational excellence and timely project completion while mentoring Implementation Managers and managing concurrent implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Managers, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction
• Maintain oversight of active implementations, monitoring status, risks, and timelines while addressing at-risk projects directly
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex implementation issues, ensuring a consistent and high-quality client experience

Required qualifications

• 8+ years managing concurrent client-facing projects with internal and external stakeholders
• 6+ years of experience directly managing or leading a team, including hiring and performance management
• Experience in employee benefits, insurance operations, or billing processes
• Strong analytical abilities, particularly in data analysis using Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
