Manager of Industrial Engineering

Job Summary

To support a culture of continuous improvement, the full-time remote Manager of Industrial Engineering will manage CI resources across multiple operations, driving change through data-driven engineering and automation efforts to enhance performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of continuous improvement professionals, overseeing hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Develop and execute strategies and key performance indicator action plans to address critical business needs and improve metrics
• Provide training and mentoring on engineering methodologies and Lean tools to promote sustainable business improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management required; Master's degree preferred
• At least nine years of experience in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Supply Chain Logistics required
• Expertise in Lean methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and 5S required
• Advanced competency in engineering methods, data analysis, and warehouse design tools required
• Lean Six Sigma certification required; additional certifications such as cPMP or ISO/QMS preferred
