Leading a distributed team, the full-time remote Manager of Information Experience will guide the creation of user-centered information across various channels, enhancing customer and developer outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical writers and information professionals to foster an inclusive environment
- Set priorities and guide delivery of technical documentation, in-product assistance, and other information experiences
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to plan content that aligns with user needs and product goals
Required qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in technical writing or content strategy, including three years in a management role
- Strong leadership and team-development skills
- Experience with information architecture and structured content
- Technical aptitude to learn cloud platforms and software technologies quickly
- Familiarity with generative AI concepts and their application in content development
