Manager of Learning Design

Job Summary

Passionate about upskilling and reskilling, the full-time Manager of Learning Design will lead the learning design function, manage a portfolio of strategic projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective learning experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage clients in discovery and design processes to identify core learning needs
• Lead and develop a team of learning professionals to enhance curriculum and support client-centered contextualization
• Collaborate with various departments to gather input and continuously improve learning experiences

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and adult learning
• Graduate degree in Education, Learning, or a related field strongly preferred
• Expertise in managing learning design across diverse products using instructional design methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a matrixed environment and organize cross-functional efforts
• Deep knowledge of learning science, curriculum development, and instructional design best practices
