Manager of Legal Programs

Job Summary

As the Manager of Legal Programs (Product), the full-time remote position will design, build, and improve legal compliance programs to ensure that products, marketing, and supply chains meet regulatory standards while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable legal compliance programs, defining workflows, roles, and documentation
• Map and refine existing legal processes, creating playbooks and self-serve resources to enhance efficiency
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure compliance in marketing, operations, and supply chain activities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory fields, preferably in regulated industries
• Proven ability to design and build compliance programs and processes from the ground up
• Hands-on experience with supply chain compliance, marketing compliance, or product regulatory compliance
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across various functional teams
• Proficiency in program/project management and collaboration tools
