Manager of Legal Programs

Job Summary

To support the growth of the legal team, the full-time Manager of Legal Programs (Privacy & AI) will oversee the AI governance program and privacy initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the AI governance program, developing processes and workflows for responsible AI use
• Manage compliance with privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA, including maintaining data maps and conducting risk assessments
• Coordinate with Legal and Public Policy teams to monitor evolving privacy and AI legislation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in legal project/program management focused on privacy and/or AI governance
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and emerging AI regulations
• Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation through completion
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
