Manager of M&A Integration
Job Summary
To support the company's acquisition strategy, the full-time Manager of M&A Integration will lead financial integration activities across acquired businesses, coordinating with various departments to ensure successful integration into the organization's financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support acquisition diligence and develop financial integration plans prior to transaction close
- Lead finance-related integration activities and establish reporting processes for newly acquired businesses
- Monitor acquisition performance and produce post-acquisition business reviews and executive reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, corporate development, or M&A integration
- Direct experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or business integrations
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
