Job Summary

To oversee and enhance team performance in a remote setting, the full-time Manager of Mainframe Systems Programming will coordinate IT team responsibilities, manage project statuses, and conduct training sessions while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership and technical support within the assigned Business Unit
• Administer project management documents and oversee the team's ticket queue for timely resolution
• Conduct performance reviews and set goals for team members, fostering professional development through mentoring

Required qualifications:

• 10 years of Mainframe Systems Programming experience
• 5+ years of experience in an IT Operations environment, with relevant work experience considered in place of a bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of management experience in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build relationships across multiple organizational levels
