Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to enhance data systems and clinical quality indicators
- Develop and maintain systematic processes for data practices across teams
- Design and oversee evaluations and special studies to improve program effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in public health, social science methods, or related fields

- Demonstrated mastery of measurement and analytical techniques in development contexts
- Experience using technology tools for data management and analysis
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse needs and time zones across staff and partners
