Manager of Medical Affairs
Job Summary
To support imaging clinical trials, the full-time Manager of Medical Affairs will drive operational excellence, develop scientific partnerships, and oversee project leadership in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Business Development and Contracts teams to review and develop Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
- Analyze sponsor protocols to establish imaging read criteria and workflows
- Lead cross-functional process improvement efforts to enhance quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Imaging, Clinical Research, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries
- Experience within an Imaging CRO environment and supporting multi-modality imaging clinical trials
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and imaging workflows
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
