Leading a team of National Account Coordinators, the full-time remote Manager of National Accounts will oversee daily performance, develop process improvements, and ensure efficient coordination of rental orders for national customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the National Account Coordinator team while setting performance goals and conducting evaluations
- Oversee the end-to-end coordination of rental orders, including logistics, billing, and customer issue resolution
- Monitor team KPIs and prepare reports on productivity and national account support activities for leadership
Required qualifications
- Previous management experience preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- In-depth knowledge of the equipment rental industry is highly preferred
