Job Summary

Leading a team of National Account Coordinators, the full-time Manager of National Accounts will oversee daily performance, develop efficient processes, and manage customer relationships while working remotely from Las Vegas, NV.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the National Account Coordinator team, setting performance goals and conducting evaluations
• Oversee the coordination of rental orders, ensuring timely resolution of complex customer issues and effective collaboration with National Account Managers
• Monitor team KPIs and prepare reports on productivity and support activities for leadership review

Required qualifications

• Previous management experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• In-depth knowledge of the equipment rental industry is highly preferred
