Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Manager of NP Licensure will manage collaborative practice agreements, oversee physician relationships, and ensure compliance with state licensing requirements, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with collaborating physicians and oversee onboarding processes
• Build, maintain, and file state-specific collaborative practice agreements and ensure compliance
• Conduct primary source verification for NP licenses and track licensure status across states

Required qualifications

• Experience with NP/APRN licensure, credentialing, or collaborative practice agreements in a healthcare or telehealth setting
• Working knowledge of multi-state licensing board processes and primary source verification
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, cross-functional problems and establish processes
• Strong documentation skills to maintain clear records of compliance activities
• Hands-on experience with AI tools integrated into daily workflows
