Manager of Operational Excellence
Job Summary
Driving operational performance improvement in a remote capacity, the full-time Manager of Operational Excellence will analyze key performance metrics, implement targeted strategies for growth and efficiency, and lead change management efforts across Crossroads Treatment Centers.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze key performance drivers and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify operational issues and develop sustainable corrective action plans
- Lead change management initiatives to support the adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-6 years of healthcare operations experience in a similar role
- PMP certification highly preferred
- MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field highly preferred
- Experience working with private equity firms or within a private equity-backed organization highly preferred
