Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants, managing workloads and reviewing deliverables for quality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CNIC Government stakeholders, translating requirements into execution plans and tracking performance
- Conduct workforce assessments and support organizational design, training program development, and change management initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience supporting DoD, DON, or Federal Government organizations
- 3+ years of experience leading teams or organizational initiatives
- Experience in workforce development, organizational management, or strategic planning
- Active Secret clearance or higher
