Manager of Partnerships Development

Job Summary

To expand access to behavioral healthcare, the full-time Manager of Partnerships Development will lead and coach the Care Partnerships team on the West Coast, focusing on building relationships with healthcare organizations and driving measurable referral growth in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and managing Care Partnerships Associates while setting clear goals and holding the team accountable
• Own regional referral growth by implementing the West Coast territory plan and targets for new client visits and partnerships
• Set territory strategy by guiding associates in researching and prioritizing health systems and referral sources based on potential and strategic value

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network development, business development, healthcare outreach, or related fields with a record of driving referral or revenue growth
• 2+ years of experience managing or coaching team members
• Strong CRM experience, with Salesforce preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with West Coast healthcare markets is a plus
