Manager of Payer Integration

Job Summary

To lead the Payer Integration team, the full-time Manager of Payer Integration will manage a team focused on health plan integrations, provide strategic support, and act as a subject-matter expert while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Payer Integration Managers to ensure successful health plan integrations and support organizational initiatives
• Act as a cross-functional subject-matter expert for the Health Plan Integration product, providing training and problem-solving support
• Develop partnerships and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the member and customer experience related to payer integration

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• College degree or equivalent applicable managerial experience
• Experience in the employer-sponsored health benefits space, preferably with health plans
• Strong project management skills with the ability to build scalable processes
• Experience implementing digital products/services and coordinating with health plans
