Job Summary
Leading a small, service-oriented team, the full-time Manager of Product Data Practice will oversee product data insights, establish data governance practices, and enable self-service analytics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Product Data Practice team, ensuring clear vision and priorities
- Collaborate with enterprise data governance to define and implement effective data governance practices
- Build resources and training to empower teams across Product Development to self-serve insights
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a product organization in roles such as product management or data analytics
- 2+ years of team management experience, ideally with researchers or analysts
- Experience in leading organizational change and building stakeholder alignment
- Familiarity with data governance or data quality concepts
- Analytics experience using Pendo or a comparable product analytics platform
