Manager of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading product management for complex digital services, the remote Manager of Product Management will mentor a team of Product Managers, define product strategy, and ensure alignment with user needs and organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, mentor, and develop Product Managers supporting digital services and technology initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, goals, and measures of success
• Facilitate product strategy discussions and ensure teams maintain a strong understanding of user needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related disciplines
• 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring Product Managers
• Demonstrated experience defining product strategy and measurable outcomes for complex digital products
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern digital product development practices
