Job Summary
Leading product planning and adoption support for agent-facing tools, the full-time remote Manager of Product Planning will align product direction with operational needs, manage product requirements, and evaluate agent feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Own product planning and roadmap alignment for assigned agent-facing tools and functionality
- Define and manage product requirements, user stories, and release priorities in collaboration with stakeholders
- Oversee implementation readiness, testing strategy, and communication planning for product releases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior relevant work experience in product planning or management
- Competency with Microsoft Office products and collaborative tools
- Experience in business travel or travel management is a plus
- Excellent time-management and project-management skills
