Manager of Production Planning

Job Summary

Leading the planning team for non-sterile compounded production, the full-time Manager of Production Planning will manage production planners, develop long-term production plans, and ensure alignment with demand forecasts, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of production planners, ensuring consistent planning practices and prioritization
• Own the development and maintenance of production plans that align with demand forecasts and inventory policies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure material availability and confirm the feasibility of production schedules

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in production, capacity, or resource planning, with leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; APICS/CPIM certification is a plus
• Proficient in inventory management concepts and capable of presenting investment recommendations to senior leaders
• Experience in pharmaceutical or pharmacy production environments is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python
