Manager of Professional Services

Job Summary

Leading a team of consultants and trainers, the full-time Manager of Professional Services will oversee SurePrep implementations and training for tax and accounting firm customers, ensuring quality and consistency while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of around 10 consultants and trainers, providing oversight and performance development for SurePrep implementations and training
• Ensure the quality and consistency of SurePrep engagements, tools, and practices while managing team capacity and project assignments
• Act as the Professional Services representative in cross-functional discussions, influencing product decisions based on implementation needs and customer outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in professional services and public accounting, with hands-on tax return preparation or review
• Deep knowledge of SurePrep products, including 1040SCAN and TaxCaddy, and experience in implementation and support processes
• Proven track record of delivering SurePrep implementations and product training to tax and accounting firm customers
• Experience in developing training materials and workshop content for consistent delivery across teams
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience
