Manager of Provider Engagement

Job Summary

Overseeing performance engagement activities with internal and external partners, the full-time remote Manager of Provider Engagement will focus on improving health outcomes and managing customized provider plans to ensure positive results.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct internal and external meetings to establish and execute detailed provider performance engagement plans
• Manage customized provider plans to support key quality metrics and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analyze program metrics and outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and report progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience working collaboratively with external health partners
• Familiarity with the healthcare field and experience in payer-provider integration is required
• At least one year of leadership or management experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, and Excel
