Job Summary
To enhance operational excellence in provider data management, the full-time Manager of Provider Operations will oversee the lifecycle of provider data from onboarding to ongoing verification, ensuring accuracy and compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support initiatives to improve the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of provider and facility data operations
- Oversee the performance of offshore teams and automated solutions related to provider data verification
- Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to monitor operational performance and data quality trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or related fields
- Experience managing operational workflows involving provider data and record validation
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale repeatable operational processes with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills for investigating data issues and translating findings into operational actions
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to improve operational tooling
