Manager of Quality Management

Job Summary

Leading quality assurance and oversight functions, the full-time remote Manager of Quality Management will oversee audits, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and manage a team to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards, with occasional travel to office locations in the US and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality management, audit, and testing programs across delegated insurance operations
• Develop and maintain a risk-based quality assurance and operational audit framework
• Manage and develop a high-performing Quality Management team, ensuring timely completion of audits and reviews

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance operations, quality assurance, auditing, or compliance
• Experience leading and developing teams within a quality management context
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and delegated oversight environments
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements based on findings
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field preferred
