Job Summary
To ensure global compliance and drive digital transformation, the fully remote Manager of Regulatory Affairs will oversee regulatory authority for fire suppression hardware and chemical agents, while leading the design and implementation of business systems and AI capabilities to operationalize regulatory intelligence.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the internal expert on global hardware and chemical regulatory regimes, ensuring compliance across all markets
- Lead the development and deployment of digital platforms and AI tools to enhance regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
- Act as the regulatory decision authority for complex compliance issues and mentor team members on regulatory strategy and systems thinking
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, Regulatory Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline
- 7-10+ years of experience in global regulatory affairs, product stewardship, or product compliance roles
- Demonstrated authority in managing global chemical control and hardware regulatory requirements
- Experience in designing or deploying AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions in regulatory environments
- Expert understanding of global chemical control and product regulatory frameworks
