Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal reimbursement regulations, the full-time Manager of Reimbursement Compliance will manage net revenue, develop budgets, and identify revenue enhancement opportunities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations related to reimbursement for all hospitals
- Manages the preparation and analytical review of external Medicare Cost Reports and other reimbursement filings
- Coordinates the development of the net revenue budget and monitors gross and net revenue performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business with a major in Accounting or Finance
- Five (5) years of experience in healthcare finance or accounting
- Extensive knowledge of third-party reimbursement regulations
