Manager of Rentals Collections

Job Summary

Leading a team of specialists, the full-time remote Manager of Rentals Collections will oversee the end-to-end performance of collections, set portfolio strategy, enforce credit policies, and manage relationships with both onshore and offshore partners to drive improvements in collections metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive collections performance metrics, including days sales outstanding and recovery rates
• Lead and develop a team of specialists, managing hiring, performance, and career growth
• Establish and enforce credit policies and oversee outsourced delivery relationships for collections

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in B2B credit and collections, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of the order-to-cash cycle and experience with collections systems like Zuora or Salesforce
• Experience managing outsourced vendor relationships and setting service levels
• Familiarity with the rentals or real estate industry is preferred
