Job Summary
Leading the global process for Monthly Incremental Service Revenue (MISR) reporting, the full-time Manager of Reporting and Metrics will oversee the reporting cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while managing a team of business intelligence analysts in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end MISR and S2B reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable financial insights
- Oversee critical reporting activities, including production, reconciliations, rerates, adjustments, and issue resolution
- Partner across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT, and revenue teams to solve problems and improve reporting processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, financial reporting, revenue analytics, or a related area
- Experience leading or developing reporting and analytics professionals
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, relational databases, and ETL/SSIS processes
- Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks is a plus
