Manager of Retrieval Operations
Job Summary
Leading the execution of a high-visibility retrieval program, the full-time Manager of Retrieval Operations will manage daily chase activities, oversee AI-enabled workflows, and ensure effective staffing and capacity planning while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own daily and weekly execution of the chase queue, monitoring retrieval and pend rates
- Oversee performance of AI voice agents and manage human Patient Support Representatives to optimize retrieval outreach
- Serve as the operational point of contact for customer relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams on data quality and escalations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, chart retrieval, or quality program management
- 2+ years of experience managing a team and handling performance management
- Experience with large-scale retrieval programs and defined SLAs
- Working knowledge of risk adjustment and HEDIS retrieval workflows
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel; experience with Python or SQL is a plus
