Job Summary
Leading a cross-functional team, the full-time remote Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics will oversee reporting, data engineering, and process automation initiatives to enhance hospital billing operations and drive measurable financial impact.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of analysts and developers, setting goals aligned with revenue cycle KPIs
- Oversee the design and delivery of dashboards and reports that support billing and revenue cycle performance
- Own the intake and delivery of RPA automation opportunities, ensuring compliance and effectiveness of automated solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in analytics engineering or a similar role
- Strong programming and data analysis skills, including SQL and Python
- Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data transformation approaches
- Familiarity with hospital revenue cycle concepts and experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau
