Manager of Site Contracts
Job Summary
Supporting global clinical studies in a remote capacity, the contract Manager of Site Contracts will manage the end-to-end process of investigator site contracts and budgets, negotiate with sites, and oversee CRO partner performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead site contract and budget negotiations with investigator sites and CRO partners
- Act as the primary escalation point for legal and financial contracting issues
- Monitor and communicate contracting timelines and progress across multiple studies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; JD is a plus
- Experience in clinical site contracting across multiple therapeutic areas
- Proven ability to oversee CRO partners and ensure vendor compliance with quality standards
- Expertise in negotiating clinical site budgets, including fair market value assessments
- Familiarity with global clinical contracting and ICH-GCP guidelines
