Job Summary
As a full-time Manager of Site Reliability Engineering, the successful candidate will ensure the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of critical technology platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of resilient cloud platforms using AWS and Kubernetes
- Define and execute reliability engineering strategies, including service level objectives and error budgets
- Drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices and automation frameworks to enhance service reliability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or infrastructure engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on AWS architecture and cloud transformation experience
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and Site Reliability Engineering principles
