Manager of Site Strategy
Job Summary
Fluent in English and French, the full-time remote Manager of Site Strategy will build and maintain relationships with clinical research sites, ensuring successful engagement and performance throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clinical research sites, ensuring they are informed and equipped to optimize portal use
- Provide guidance to sites and operations teams to enhance portal utilization and drive strategic engagement
- Monitor site utilization throughout trials, proactively addressing issues to ensure effective portal use
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management, focusing on site management or engagement
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is essential
