Manager of Site Strategy

Job Summary

To enhance clinical trial success, the full-time Manager of Site Strategy will build and maintain relationships with clinical research sites, ensuring effective engagement and performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clinical research sites, ensuring they optimize the use of the services provided
• Provide guidance to sites and operations teams to drive strategy for continued portal use
• Monitor site utilization throughout trials, proactively addressing any issues to ensure effective portal engagement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management, focusing on site management or engagement
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and industry regulations
• Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written) is essential
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational skills
