Manager of Site Strategy

Job Summary

Fluent in English and French, the full-time Manager of Site Strategy will build and maintain relationships with clinical research sites, ensuring successful engagement and performance throughout the clinical trial lifecycle, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and engage with potential clinical research sites to optimize portal use
• Provide guidance and support to sites and operations teams to enhance site engagement strategies
• Monitor site utilization and proactively address any issues to ensure continued portal use

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management with a focus on site engagement
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is a must
