Manager of Site Strategy
Job Summary
To enhance site engagement and performance throughout the clinical trial lifecycle, the full-time remote Manager of Site Strategy will build and maintain relationships with clinical research sites, collaborate with clinical operations teams, and ensure optimal utilization of services.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clinical research sites, ensuring they are informed and equipped to use the portal effectively
- Provide guidance and support to sites and operations teams to drive continued usage of the portal
- Monitor site utilization throughout trials and proactively address any issues or concerns that arise
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management, focusing on site management or engagement
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is essential
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational skills
