Manager of Site Strategy

Job Summary

To enhance site engagement and performance throughout the clinical trial lifecycle, the full-time remote Manager of Site Strategy will build and maintain relationships with clinical research sites while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective utilization of services.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and engage potential clinical research sites to optimize portal usage
• Provide guidance to sites and operations teams to drive strategy for continued portal use
• Monitor site utilization throughout trials, proactively addressing any issues that arise

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management, focusing on site management or engagement
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written) is essential
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
