Manager of Site Strategy
Job Summary
Fluent in English and German, the full-time Manager of Site Strategy will build and maintain relationships with clinical research sites, ensuring effective engagement and performance throughout the clinical trial lifecycle in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clinical research sites, ensuring they are equipped to optimize portal use
- Provide guidance to sites and operations teams to drive strategy and enhance portal utilization
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clinical sites, regularly assessing their needs and gathering feedback
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management, focusing on site management or engagement
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is a must
