Job Summary
As a dynamic leader in the observability domain, the full-time remote Manager of Solutions Architecture will manage a team of Solutions Architects, collaborating with key clients to deploy and enhance Grafana technologies while driving operational improvements and customer success.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Solutions Architects, ensuring effective utilization and successful customer outcomes
- Design and build observability solutions using the Grafana technology stack
- Develop educational programs to enhance customer capabilities and advise on sales strategies for increased adoption and revenue
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing a Solutions Architecture team
- 5+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, or networking technologies
- 2+ years of experience in technology/software pre-sales or technical consulting
- Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
