Manager of Solutions Consulting

Job Summary

Leading the Google growth strategy, the full-time Manager of Solutions Consulting will develop and execute business plans across Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and Gemini while building a high-performing consulting team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own category performance, managing revenue, pipeline, forecasting, and partner activation
• Develop strategic partnerships and engage directly with key partners during the launch phase
• Create and implement a coaching culture within the consulting team, ensuring consistent operational rhythms

Required qualifications

• Must have experience with the Google ecosystem, including selling Google solutions or working with Google products
• Extensive B2B sales experience in cloud technology or technology channel environments
• Proven leadership experience managing quota-carrying sales or consulting teams
• Strong commercial fluency in both per-user licensing and consumption-based cloud models
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
