Manager of Sourcing and Procurement

Job Summary

To lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across the nutritional products business, the full-time remote Manager of Sourcing and Procurement will manage high-impact projects involving contract manufacturing, supplier onboarding, and cost reduction while ensuring product quality and supply continuity.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead RFQs, RFPs, and competitive bidding processes while developing sourcing strategies and negotiating commercial terms
• Manage contract manufacturer relationships and oversee the transition to a turnkey manufacturing model
• Coordinate new product launches and supplier-side execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in nutritional supplements or related fields
• Hands-on experience with RFQs/RFPs, supplier negotiations, and managing outsourced manufacturing relationships
• Proficiency in NetSuite, particularly in purchase order management and inventory transfers
• Strong understanding of manufacturing economics and supplier pricing structures
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred
