Manager of Sourcing and Procurement

Job Summary

To lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across nutritional products, the full-time remote Manager of Sourcing and Procurement will manage high-impact projects including contract manufacturing, ingredients, packaging, and supplier onboarding while driving cost reduction and maintaining product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RFQs, RFPs, and competitive bidding processes while developing sourcing strategies and negotiating commercial terms
• Manage contract manufacturer relationships and oversee the transition to a turnkey manufacturing model
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for new product launches and maintain day-to-day procurement execution in NetSuite

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Hands-on experience with RFQs/RFPs, supplier negotiations, and managing outsourced manufacturing relationships
• Experience in nutritional supplements, vitamins, or nutraceuticals preferred
• Proficiency in NetSuite, particularly with purchase orders and inventory management
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred
