Manager of Strategic Partnerships

Job Summary

To ensure high standards of service and operational support from key card processing vendors, the full-time remote Manager of Strategic Partnerships will lead a team to manage relationships, oversee performance metrics, and drive process improvements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Strategic Partner Managers to ensure quality engagement and support for partner relationships
• Direct and oversee partner service relationships, focusing on prioritization and service excellence for client financial institutions
• Monitor partner performance against SLAs and KPIs, implementing corrective actions and process improvements as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent education and experience
• Ten years of experience in relationship or service management with a third-party card payments processing provider
• Expert-level knowledge in card processing relationship management
• Strong experience with vendor management programs and best practices
• Knowledge of payment and financial services industry best practices and policies
