Manager of Strategy and Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth business, the full-time Manager of Strategy and Operations will manage clinical and provider workflows, pharmacy and fulfillment partners, and customer support, ensuring smooth operations and effective cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations with clinical, provider, and telehealth-platform partners to ensure seamless patient care
• Oversee pharmacy and supply-chain operations, building contingency plans for capacity constraints and partner disruptions
• Coordinate responsibilities and workflows across internal teams and external partners, leading readiness planning for major launches

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, or a similarly complex regulated environment
• Experience managing external partners against defined service levels and business outcomes
• Strong understanding of operational workflows with the ability to diagnose problems across multiple organizations and systems
• Demonstrated success in building processes, reporting, and operating cadences in a growing business
• Ownership mindset with a hands-on operating style, comfortable with ambiguity and making progress in evolving environments
