Job Summary
To build and evolve global Total Rewards programs, the full-time Manager of Total Rewards will lead the delivery of compensation and benefits initiatives, manage a small team, and enhance processes and governance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of job architecture, market pricing, and compensation philosophy
- Execute benefits strategy and establish governance standards across regions
- Coach and develop the Total Rewards team while improving operational processes and analytics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 6+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience
- 2+ years of direct people-management experience
- Global experience in designing and managing compensation and benefit programs
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency
