Job Summary
To enhance total rewards offerings, the full-time remote Manager of Total Rewards will design, administer, and improve health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and compensation initiatives while ensuring compliance and alignment with business strategy.

- Develop and manage benefits and total rewards strategies to attract and retain talent

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or HR certifications preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits, compensation, or total rewards
- Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience managing vendor relationships and benefits renewals
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
