Job Summary
Leading the US Trade (PBR) and Contracts team, the full-time Manager of Trade Operations will manage and develop a team of analysts, serve as a primary contact for strategic customers, and oversee contract and pricing accuracy while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Directly manage and develop a team through coaching, performance reviews, and career development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers on trade and contract matters
- Oversee contract updates and ensure timely processing of rebate and chargeback contracts
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in US pharmaceutical trade operations, including rebates and chargebacks
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role with direct reports
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of contract pricing and wholesaler chargebacks
- Proven customer-facing experience with senior stakeholders
