Job Summary

Leading private equity value creation initiatives, the full-time hybrid Manager of Value Creation will manage workstreams, coordinate program execution, and deliver financial and operational analyses to support measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage value creation and operational improvement workstreams across private equity clients and portfolio companies
• Lead initiative tracking, milestone management, and performance reporting while coordinating activities across stakeholders
• Conduct financial, operational, and market performance analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, value creation, or related fields
• Experience leading workstreams or initiatives focused on operational improvement and financial performance
• Proficiency in developing financial models and conducting variance analyses
• Experience establishing governance processes and managing project timelines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
